By accessing the website at http://www.thesweetnessbox.co.uk, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The Sweetness Box is a subscription service, by subscribing you agree it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription by logging into your account profile. The Sweetness Box do not accept responsibility to cancel your account on your behalf. Cancellations must be completed before the next renewal date. Your subscription will renew on the 1st of the month following the end of your commitment period.

You must cancel your subscription 24 hours before the renewal date. Ifyou do not cancel prior to 1st of the month, you will be charged for that month and a box will be dispatched. All cancellation requests received after the 1st will apply to the following calendar month.

You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription. If you have committed to a subscription period, you will automatically be charged each month during that subscription period. Unless you cancel your subscription or membership prior to the end of your subscription period, at the end of that period, your subscription will automatically be renewed on a rolling monthly contract.

We use a reputable third party to process all payments ‘Stripe Europe Ltd’ (Data Protection Ref: 13901/A), you agree that we can store your information with this party. You also acknowledge that we will not be held responsible for any third party security breaches.

Products will be shipped according to our Site shipping terms. Should your box not arrive within 7 days of the dispatch date please contact us via email.

The Sweetness Box has a return policy in line with distance selling laws, if there is a problem or defect with any product delivered by The Sweetness Box we will do our utmost to rectify the problem,

We send e-mail correspondence and newsletters following orders and registration by members. You can opt out of these at anytime.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. The Sweetness Box reserves the right to decline sales to any party.
